At Atelier KBS, quality control is not limited to a final inspection: it follows each piece throughout its creation. Every stage of our jewellery manufacturing is checked before moving on to the next, so that any defect is spotted early and corrected without compromising the piece.

Before shipping

Before dispatch, every piece goes through a final complete inspection: appearance, dimensions and condition of the stones are compared with your order. If a piece does not meet our standards, it is reworked or remade before shipping.

What we check

• 3D modeling and 3D printing: we check the dimensions and proportions of the model before any production starts.
• Mold making and wax injection: we check the sharpness of the details on every wax before casting.
• Casting: we check the raw piece for defects (porosity, missing material) and for alloy conformity.
• Finishing and polishing: we check surface regularity, the absence of scratches and a uniform appearance.
